Do you have any claim regarding the goods from our webshop? We are not happy about it, but we would like to help you.. We did simplify  the whole claim process, so that it is for you   as fast and convenient.

You can rely on the fact,  that we do maximum for  solving your claim as fast as possible. We do not wait for legal limit 30 days, we will work on your claim, to  process it  as fast as possible. During the calaim process we will  be in Contact with you.

HOW TO CLAIM

  • Download  Claim Form in PDF
  • Fill in the Form - we recommend to describe the Claim as detailed as possible  (Field with * is for our internal use)
  • Print the Form and sign
  • Attach copy of the Invoice and the Form together, put inside the package  with the complete device . Please  pack in a way to prevent possible damage during the transport, a to including the packaging of the goods
  • Ship to our Address  - using any forwarding company. Address: H2O nanotec s.r.o., Hall 2 L , Liberecka 1471/20, 40502, Decin, Czech republic

CLAIM IN WRITTEN FORM IS  INDISPENSABLE

We know that you would like process the claim via telephone, i we would  also like it. Unfortunately.,it is not  possible as the la w requires the whole process in writing. (for consultation is a telephone call possible). Do not forget to attach the Form and all other item described above. . Otherwise we can not accept your claim and it will extend the claim process. It is definitely better to  prepare and send everything correct, for the first time.

 

CLAIM PROCESS

Legitimacy of the claim is decided by the producer, importer or expert. The whole claim process will be monitored and you will be informed. Each time you will get written statement and decision about your claim. 

When the claim is valid, we will send you new or repaired product, or the money you paid for the product will be retiredly bank wire to your Bank account within 14 working day.
