We made an effort k to care about your order  with maximum  responsibility and understand the feeling when you are not happy with the product. We want your full satisfaction with us   and s our products, a that is why  we are ready to meet your requirements products return.

All our customers can return the goods within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason for return. 

The CONDITIONS FOR GOODS RETURN

• The goods must be returned complete (incl. accessories, instructions etc.)
• The goods can n ot ba damaged
• Transport cost, asscoiated with the goods return shipment, are paid by the customer, we recommend to insure the returned goods to amopunt corresponding to the price

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS

• Fill in the Form - we will be pleased when you give the reason i  to improve our performance (Fields marked * do not fill)
• Print the Form and sign
• Attach the copy of your invoice  - 
• Form and invoice put inside the packing , withe completed returned goods. The goods must be packaged in a way preventing goods damage during the transportation, ideal in the original cartoon.

WHEN CAN I GET THE MONEY BACK ?
