Terms for the protection of personal data

2. When placing an order, we process the data that is in the order form. These are mainly name, e-mail, telephone, your place of residence and then data about what goods you are ordering. We process this information to fulfill our contract, it is necessary and we keep it for 10 years after your purchase. If you complain about the goods, we process the data about the complaint. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, we also record these data. We then keep the documents and data for 10 years after processing. Such processing of personal data is permitted by the GDPR regulation (fulfilment of the contract and fulfilment of legal obligations, possibly also legitimate interest).

3. We include your email address in our database for sending news from the world of water cleaning. Act 480/2004 Coll. allows us to do so, but you can unsubscribe from e-mail at any time. If you leave it to us for this use, we will keep it in the database for 3 years from your last order.

4.If you register with us, we will process your login information and data about your orders that are in your user profile for your easier purchase. Such processing is entirely at your discretion and will continue until you cancel your account. By clicking to complete the registration, you give us your consent that we can process the data in this way. If you cancel your account, you withdraw your consent and we will delete the data from your user account

5. We will not hand over your data to anyone. Nevertheless, there are some companies or freelancers working for us who get access to the data in order to help us process orders or help us run the business. They are :

You are entitled to contact us anytime on email address info@H2Onanotec.cz, by phone +420 777 747 631‬ or write to the above mentioned address and  demand the information, which personal data of yours we process; demand  access   to these data and  correct them, or demand limitations in their processing; you can demand copy of processed presonal data of yours or demand erasing of your personal data. If you believe that we  do not process the data right way, you can file a complain at  Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů or at the Court.
